Health & Safety Lead

Pharmathen is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Lead to execute health, safety, and evacuation plans in the workplace and improve the company's environmental profile and footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably focused on environment)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in HSE field
• Proven people management experience
• Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
• Experience in research, data analysis and drafting of sustainability reports
• Experience with or knowledge of standards, initiatives, and methodologies for sustainability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
