Job Description
Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Team Leader for the Long Acting Injectables (LAI) Production team at their Sapes premises. The ideal candidate should have team leading experience, technical skills in aseptic area operations, and a college degree in a relevant field.
Requirements
- Apply Good Manufacturing and Documentation Principles in all areas of responsibility
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- In-room task assignments for all manufacturing employees of the specific shift to specific duties, based on their capabilities to ensure jobs are staffed with qualified people
