Solutions Architect (Managed Services)

Join phData, a dynamic and innovative leader in the modern data stack, as a Solutions Architect (Managed Services) to design, architect, and implement large-scale data platform projects on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. You will lead technical teams, drive data migration, integration, and performance optimization, and contribute to the evolution of data platforms.

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience of architecting, designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native data platforms and solutions
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and creating detailed solution documentation
• Extensive experience managing enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Warehouse) with strong skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Snowflake ecosystems, including services like S3, ADLS, Kinesis, Data Factory, DBT, and Kafka
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub)
• Expertise with tools such as AWS Data Migration Services, Azure Data Factory, Matillion, Fivetran, or Spark
