PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup building a platform that streamlines the process of patients receiving prescriptions. The Director of Business Operations, Client Optimization will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in analytics, business strategy, FP&A, consulting, or startup operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
