Job Description
We're seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee the operations of our pharmacy in Hebron, KY. This role will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant dispensing of medications to patients.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution preferred
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience, with at least 2+ years in a management or PIC role
- Deep knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing pharmacy teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
