We are seeking an Assistant Registrar to join our Registration Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of registration functions, including collections documentation, transportation of art objects, and overseeing installations in our outdoor sculpture garden and temporary exhibitions.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work with a diverse team of staff and lenders
- Willingness to travel, some foreign language skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Collections Management database experience - TMS required
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat
