The Philadelphia School is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to support the growth and development of the academic program. The ideal candidate is an experienced independent school educator who brings organizational rigor, flexibility, proactivity, and creative thinking. Responsibilities include collaborating on strategic focus areas, supporting educator growth, and coordinating school-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required
• At least five years of experience in education required
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple competing demands simultaneously
• Demonstrate meticulous communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain composure and emotional control under stressful situations
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with professionalism
