AI First Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips' CRM landscape.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, CI/CD pipelines, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven hands-on experience in delivering AI-powered solutions using LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search/recommendation systems, and agentic workflows.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring, CRM domains (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and CPQ/CLM processes.
