Consumer Marketing Manager UKI responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the UK market.
Requirements
- Experience with Beauty brands or in the Beauty industry is a benefit but not mandatory.
- Experience in digital consumer marketing focusing on building an online brand.
- Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and/or matrix organization within FMCG.
- Brand activation experience and analytical skills.
- Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management.
- Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline).
- Experience with working in a cross functional team.
- Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures.
- Applying Lean (Problem –solving skills, daily management).
- Positive energy and drive to create impact.
