Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Behavioral sciences, Sensory Science, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Human Computer Interaction, or Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in product development, user experience, or product research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, communicate with, and manage expectations of key stakeholders
