Customer Project Manager

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role provides expert guidance on technical and operational issues, resolving advanced problems to maintain high customer satisfaction, operating with limited supervision. The role builds effective relationships with internal and external partners, develops comprehensive project plans, and coordinates cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Around 8 years' experience in healthcare sector, mainly in managing, executing projects – preferably in Medical Imaging products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Lean, value stream and process management to drive improvements and to solve complex problems
• Excellent command of English both spoken and written is a must
