Job Description
The Executive Sales Support role at Philips is a full-time position under the Health Systems Team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will manage complex tasks for the district leader and sales team, lead sales support, and oversee logistics and event management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration, business administration, communications, or management
- 5 years’ experience in Business Support/Office Administration, Sales Support and/or as an Executive Assistant/Support
- Good team player with strong/excellent interpersonal skills as well as an effective communicator (both verbal and written)
- Detailed and Highly Organized and Meticulous
- High commitment to work and able to handle confidential matters
- Highly Analytical with a problem-solving mindset
- Passion for providing innovative solutions, support and exceptional customer experience
- Strong team player and can work independently
- Highly Flexible, has capability/experience in using various AI tools
