As a Field Service Engineer (IGT) (Sapporo), you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of medical equipment and provide customer support to ensure that medical professionals and patients can use our products with peace of mind.
Requirements
- Installation, periodic inspection, and repair (emergency and scheduled) of medical equipment
- Escalate customer issues promptly and effectively
- Report and propose to customers and internal parties promptly
- Cultivate the necessary technical skills, interpersonal skills, and knowledge for service engineers
- Continuously strive to improve the technical capabilities of the equipment being handled
- Report safety issues of specified equipment based on quality policy
- Provide proposals and repair requests to customers regarding maintenance and repair work
