You will be responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end product execution and commercial readiness for assigned ventures, translating validated consumer insights into actionable product value propositions, and driving end-to-end launch readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent
- 10 years experience in marketing, category management, product management, business development, or commercial execution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
- Strong experience in launching and scaling propositions across D2C, e-commerce, and retail, with proven success in securing distribution partnerships.
- Ability to translate consumer validation and pilot insights into scalable commercial and product models; experience adapting for fast-paced Asia supply and innovation ecosystems.
- Persuasive communication skills, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners.
- Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
- Solid spoken and written English skills
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Male Grooming, Health Tech is a plus.
