This position gives you the opportunity to participate in improving patient care through your technical expertise and exceptional service level to doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital IT teams, for the H&AM (Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring) activity.
Requirements
- To be the IT reference point on the H&AM activity internally and externally (clients, subcontractors, etc.)
- To intervene on all CSCN (Customer Supplied Clinical Network) solutions with our clients and to document the PNA (Philips Network Assessment)
- To perform IT services and follow up on contracts
- To intervene at client sites during installation and setup of IT solutions or other, depending on the activity of the different sectors
- To intervene in DROM for IT deployments (CSCN, Guardian, Carevent...) and assist distributors remotely for other types of deployments
- To ensure the transmission of IT technical information to field and support teams
- To collaborate with commercial teams to respond to client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- To assist Hotline teams on remote software deployments on the installed base (e.g. OSPatching)
