Job Description
The Technical Project Manager role involves driving cross-functional teams to execute product updates, cost optimizations, compliance changes, and technology refreshes throughout the product lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle management projects for personal health products
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs
- Drive project planning, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with medical device/healthcare product regulatory standards and internal quality management systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and timely decision-making
- Monitor and report project performance through established KPIs and governance frameworks
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues proactively
- Support business continuity by ensuring supply stability and seamless product transitions across geographies
- Contribute to process improvements in project execution and lifecycle management frameworks
- Applies Philips PM Standards (PMBok and SAFe) with a basic understanding and practical application
