Job Description
The Project Development Engineer II, Midstream develops and presents growth and optimization projects for Phillips 66 Midstream, including transportation & logistics and gas gathering & processing. The Engineer develops early project phases utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and processes to determine the most viable option taking into consideration cost, schedule, and risk implications.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4 or more years of engineering experience in Midstream and/or Downstream oil and gas
