Blender Operator, 2nd Shift

Phillips Distilling Company is seeking a full-time Blender Operator for its 2nd shift position. The selected candidate will be responsible for ingredient staging, tank transfers, and mixing of various liquid and dry products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mathematical skills, including calculating weights and proportions
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and determine appropriate courses of action based on priorities and situational factors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to shift seamlessly between duties as needed in a fast-paced work environment
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• High school diploma or equivalent
