Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Phillips Distilling Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to work 3rd shift in Princeton, MN. The selected candidate will perform setup, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure efficient operation and uphold a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to maintain current knowledge, skills, and/or certifications relevant to assigned job responsibilities
