Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering and/or data science.
- 4+ years of experience with machine learning, including 4+ years focused on recommendation systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python.
- Experience with recommendation systems (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading projects and impactful ML solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
