Sr. Technical Program Manager

We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of multi-platform technical programs at Philo. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll be embedded in the product development process, working daily with Product Managers, engineering domain leads, and QA to coordinate rollouts, enforce process standards, and keep complex cross-team programs on track.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience at a consumer technology company shipping products across multiple platforms or surfaces
• Strong grasp of software development lifecycle
• Disciplined about documentation and process
• Experience with Jira, Notion, or similar project tracking and documentation tools
• Background in streaming or subscription consumer products
