Job Description
PHINIA is seeking an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to support financial forecasting, planning, and analysis activities. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Excel; financial modeling skills and OneStream experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to partner with other functions, as needed
