Job Description
PHINIA is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the primary IT leader for an assigned manufacturing or engineering site, combining Business Relationship Manager (BRM) strategic responsibilities and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) operational ownership. The IT Manager will drive site demand planning, service delivery excellence, vendor and technician performance, lifecycle management, and local execution of global IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Act as the primary IT leader for the assigned PHINIA site, owning both BRM (strategic) and SDM (operational) responsibilities.
- Partner with site leadership to align IT plans, priorities, and investments with site operational goals, engineering needs, safety, quality, and manufacturing objectives.
- Build strong relationships with site business leaders to understand upcoming needs, shape demand, and translate requirements into actionable IT initiatives.
