Job Description
Join PHINIA as a Level 3 Engineering Apprentice and spend four years developing your skills in a hands-on environment, working towards a Level 3 qualification and gaining experience across various departments.
Requirements
- GCSEs in English Language, Maths and ideally a Science at a minimum Grade 4 (grade C)
- Higher academic qualifications, ie A levels, BTEC Diploma in Engineering
- Practical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and measurement equipment
- Strong aptitude for hands-on learning and problem solving across multiple engineering disciplines
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team whilst managing own responsibilities
- Strong work ethic
- Personable, flexible and a proactive team player
- Self-motivated and have a strong and flexible attitude towards work
