MCAD & Simulation Engineering IT Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on engineering tools (mCAD and Simulation), including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in mCAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, Creo, Catia) and Simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, AMESim, Altair Hyperworks, Altair PBS...).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for tool optimization.
