PHINIA is seeking a SAP Demand to Supply Analyst to support the sustainment, enhancement delivery, and transformation of PHINIA’s ERP ecosystem across the Demand to Supply value stream-covering Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Warehouse Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 4+ years of SAP functional/techno-functional experience in Demand to Supply in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting end-to-end flows across PP / PP-DS (nice to have), MM, WM or EWM, QM (module scope depends on the landscape)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (preferred), with understanding of fit-to-standard and process harmonization
- Strong functional understanding of D2S processes: MRP, production orders, BOM/routings, goods movements, inventory management, warehouse execution, and quality processes
- Experience in incident/problem/change handling and operational support (ITIL-aligned), including root cause analysis and stabilization initiatives
- Working knowledge of integrations: IDocs, EDI, RFCs, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., CPI/PI/PO or equivalents), interface monitoring and reconciliation
- Documentation discipline: process flows, functional specs, configuration logs, runbooks (Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication, especially with plant/business teams
- SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant module(s): PP / MM / EWM / QM (based on role focus)
- SAP S/4HANA module certification (preferred if available)
- SAP Activate (project delivery methodology) - nice to have
- ITIL Foundation - nice to have
