Life Coach

Phipps Neighborhoods is seeking a Life Coach to provide comprehensive case management, outreach, and counseling to residents at our supportive housing facility for young adults aging out of foster care.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide referrals to education and career programs, substance abuse treatment, and mental health services
• Maintain accurate resident files and monitor medication
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and training sessions
