Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Porter/Concierge at one of our newest developments in East New York. The role is a hybrid position, working 4 days a week as a Porter and 1 day a week as a Concierge, with the possibility of becoming a full-time Concierge.
Requirements
- One to three months prior experience related Porter or Custodial experience and/or training
- Prior experience as a concierge in residential building preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient with a computer and be familiar with using Microsoft Outlook
- Prior direct experience and proven track record in a similar role preferred
- High School or GED Preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
