Job Description
Phix Health is a growing primary care company that meets the needs of Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facility clients. We are looking for an Adult Nurse Practitioner, preferably Geriatric, to join our team in the Mainline Area.
Requirements
- Graduate of Certified NP program
- Active and unrestricted NP license required, in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of at least 1 or more years of primary care experience, working independently in an internal medicine or family practice setting
