RN Nurse Supervisor

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Private Duty Nursing department in Springfield, MO. This role offers autonomy, leadership opportunities, and the chance to mentor nurses. The ideal candidate has an active Missouri RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and 1 year of pediatric experience. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a passion for nursing leadership are required.
