Job Description
Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients and families, educate patients and caregivers on the hospice process, and guide families through goals-of-care discussions and healthcare decisions.
Requirements
- Active Missouri or Compact RN license
- Hospice or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
