Job Description
The Temporary JET Site Job Coach will work directly with high school students with disabilities participating in the Job Exploration Training (JET) program, providing hands-on guidance and support at assigned community-based work sites. The position is a 10-week temporary assignment with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's experience in a rehabilitation, non-profit facility, or comparable setting in the area(s) of case management, service provision, working with individuals with various disabilities, job development, job placement, follow-up, and training
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and general computer operation
- Experience in marketing and public relations
- Strong working knowledge of disability management and awareness
