Job Description
Job Developer at Phoenix, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners to create competitive, integrated employment opportunities for persons served. Facilitate job placement and support employment outcomes through effective job matching, job carving, employer engagement, and follow-up.
Requirements
- Relevant education and/or experience in rehabilitation, counseling, business, marketing, human services, or a related field required.
- Two or more years’ experience in workforce development, job placement, sales, recruiting, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and general computer operation is required.
