Job Description
Night Shift Crew Leader (Custodial) is responsible for leading a team of custodians to ensure that offices, shops, and other occupied areas are kept clean and tidy according to contract requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year's experience in a custodial operations facility or comparable setting
- Certification or equivalent in N/A preferred
- Good driving record, valid driver's license, and/or required level of personal auto insurance
- Ability to satisfactorily complete a background check
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to make independent decisions and seek support when needed
