Resident Care Associate

Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in assisted living and Memory care neighborhoods. This role involves hands-on care, physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

Requirements

• High school education preferred and may be required by the state
• Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position
