The Retreat at Dalton is seeking a RN/LPN Wellness Director to lead the health and well-being of residents in the community, overseeing clinical programs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Must have a minimum of 2 years department management experience working with elders or disabled individuals
- Multi-department experience strongly recommended
