Souvenir Assistant Manager - Skydeck

We're looking for a Souvenir Assistant Manager to lead and develop our local team, promote a positive environment, and provide memorable souvenirs to guests. As a team player with a strong work ethic, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, maintaining daily operations, and coaching team members to drive revenue and provide world-class guest service.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Flexibility and willingness to work during "peak" retail hours
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
