Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing RESTful APIs using Java and related technologies, along with monitoring and debugging API aspects. The developer will collaborate with teams to ensure API solutions meet business needs and following security best practices. The position requires strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of overall professional experience in software development
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in designing and developing APIs using Java
- Proficiency in API tools such as Splunk, Swagger, Postman, and Assertible
- Hands-on experience in writing API proxies on Apigee platform
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of APIs is a plus
