Job Description
Apigee is seeking a support specialist for various platforms, including API proxies, application levels, alerts, and environment management. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Apigee's technologies and a desire to learn new ones.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting of API proxies
- Troubleshooting of application level issues
- Configuration of alerts and actionizing on them
- Certificates maintenance and renewal
- Promotion of APIs from non-prod to prod
- Monitoring of clusters
- Maintenance of developer portal
- Upgrading Apigee hybrid versions
- Building replication in between multi-region clusters
- Managing IAM roles
- Connectivity check to target systems
- Knowledge on Linux and Kubernetes commands
- 3+ years of experience in Apigee Support
- Experience in AWS and GCP
