Job Description
This role involves designing, building, and maintaining the Apigee infrastructure. The APIGEE team member will lead API implementations, define API architecture, troubleshoot production issues, and facilitate disaster recovery exercises. They'll also be responsible for API security, compliance, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Apigee, automation tools, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Design, build, maintain and support the Apigee infrastructure.
- Define overall API architecture, API implementations, integration and deployment of API management platforms.
- Understand pilot implementation plan, Reference Architecture, and CI/CD methodology.
- Develop governance to adhere to API Guidelines, CI/CD, and best practices.
- Automation scripts using Ansible and Python are required.
- Design and implement API Gateway solutions.
- Lead analytical and consulting working sessions to solve technical problems.
- Experience with APIGEE Edge, Developer Portal & APIGEE Baas platforms.
- Good understanding of APIGEE Architecture.
- Monitoring/logging tool: Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Log Analytics.
- Significant experience in DevOps and CI/CD
- Review of detailed designs and ensuring appropriate security, scalability, reliability, and business reports.
