We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience as a Product Owner to join our team. This role bridges the gap between IT and business objectives, translating business needs into technical solutions. The analyst will define product features, prioritize development tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals, acting as a liaison between various teams.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
• Analyze and document current processes and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables.
• Provide support and training to end-users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
