Job Description
This Business Analyst role focuses on gathering product requirements from the product manager, building a product backlog, and leading the technology solution related activities. The position involves data analytics, market research, and a strong focus on sprint goal delivery, ensuring clear communication between development and product teams. Mentoring team members and holding regular knowledge sharing sessions are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Gathering the requirements from the product manager.
- Expertise in ART methodology.
- Collocating with product managers and define the road map.
- Lead/Drive the technology solution related activities.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Feature/User Story sizing and prioritizing.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure business goal is clear.
- Effective communication between Development team and the product team.
- Lead all scrum ceremonies and ensure the team is unblocked.
