The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset and a background in business analysis, system design, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling)
- Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong attention to detail
