Job Description
As the Creative Lead, you will be the primary design architect for a major retail platform modernization, leading the creation of detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for critical workflows, and ensuring that the UX remains performant and user-centric while interfacing with a complex API routing layer and legacy backends.
Requirements
- Retail Design Expertise: Deep experience in designing Point of Sale (POS) or transactional interfaces where speed and accuracy are paramount.
- Technical Integration Mastery: Understanding of how API-based integrations affect UI states (e.g., loading states, error handling for legacy data).
- Hardware/Physical UX: Experience designing for physical touchpoints, including handheld devices and stationary retail terminals.
- Rapid Build Cycles: Ability to lead design sprints within a structured 'Build' phase to meet aggressive pilot rollout targets.
- Advanced Tooling: Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong emphasis on component-based design and auto-layout.
