Job Description
The Creative Lead will be responsible for leading creative deliverables for a specified workstream. This role involves overseeing design deliverables, contributing to architecture-focused elements, coordinating with offshore resources, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The candidate should have 10+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and a strong understanding of UX and visual design principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise
- Experience with visual design, UI design, layouts, graphics, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of UX design disciplines (UX architecture, research, usability)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience designing with mobile layouts
- Capability to understand and articulate technical feasibility
- Communication with technical developers
