Data Architect - Data Science - Massachusetts

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics
• Extensive experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift
• Deep understanding of data modeling and data governance frameworks
• Proficiency in building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience integrating data systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation workflows
• Experience with data monitoring and observability tools
• Strong understanding of data storage strategies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Parquet, Avro)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer communication skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Cross-functional team coordination skills
• Fluent in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and data cataloging tools
• Data quality framework familiarity and testing automation experience
