Job Description
This position is for a Delivery Manager to own an end-to-end delivery portfolio within the Retail, Banking, and Hospitality industries. The role involves leading a team of geographically dispersed technologists, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with various agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 15 years of IT and business experience in delivery roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presence in meetings
- Advanced MS Excel, Visio and PPT skills
- Skilled in JIRA, Confluence
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting requests
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with transition and transformation of large-scale initiatives
- Experience in estimating work and creating executive reports
