Job Description
This Desktop Support position requires a skilled individual to manage Active Directory, Windows and related systems, including patching, Malware Monitoring, and resolving Domain issues. The role involves handling OS tickets, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical system infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience with Active Directory Services/Citrix /VMware
- Experience with Managed Service Providers like Sophos, MSD, or CrowdStrike
- Skill in OS Ticket Management and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of patching, Malware Protection, and Domain Issues
