Job Description
Photon is seeking an experienced Director of Data and AI to lead client engagements, designing, implementing, and optimizing innovative data platforms and AI solutions. The role involves client management, technical expertise, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional client value. Strong client engagement, data governance, and AI/GenAI application are key areas.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data and analytics
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven track record of designing and delivering AI/GenAI solutions
- Demonstrated ability to establish data governance frameworks
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
