Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker to provide level 2 cloud operation support. This role involves assessing business impacts, troubleshooting issues, performing data manipulation, application tool support, and coordinating with development teams. The goal is to ensure smooth cloud environments and supporting asset management applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud services and architecture
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Python for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability
- Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy for build and deployment processes
- Excellent communication skills
